Revenue Factory — Managed AI Workforce for Local Service Businesses

    TRANSPARENT WORKLOAD PRICING

    Usage Pricing Schedule

The team subscription pays Revenue Factory to provide and manage four AI Employees. Usage pays for the work they perform and the connected services they consume.

How does Revenue Factory usage pricing work?

The customer chooses a monthly workload or spending limit during onboarding and chooses what should happen when that limit is reached. Usage charges are separate from the team subscription and reflect work performed or connected services consumed.

    1. Usage is separate from the team subscription

Billable usage may include calls, phone minutes, messages, email, AI processing, and other connected services. The exact units and current rates are displayed before activation or in the customer account so the customer can make an informed choice.

    2. You choose the workload limit

During onboarding, you choose the maximum monthly workload or spend available to your AI Employees. This works like deciding how much work the business can afford to assign.

    3. You choose what happens at the limit

You select the default during onboarding. Depending on the available option, work can stop at the limit, continue with a notice, or follow another clearly disclosed rule. Revenue Factory records that choice on the account.

    4. You can see work and missed opportunities

Usage reporting shows completed activity and cost. When work stops at a limit, reporting may also show calls, messages, or other opportunities the team could not handle. Use the management review to decide whether to change the limit.

    5. Valid usage is not refundable after it occurs

Usage charges reflect work performed or third-party resources consumed. Revenue Factory will review a charge that appears duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrectly measured and will correct it when appropriate.
